These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Texas Real Estate Media website and the photography, drone, video, Matterport, and related real estate media services we provide. By using our website or booking a shoot, you agree to these Terms. Services. Texas Real Estate Media provides real estate media services — including interior and exterior photography, FAA-licensed drone photo and video, cinematic video walkthroughs, Matterport 3D tours, and neighborhood b-roll — to real estate agents, brokers, builders, and property owners across DFW, Waco, and the I-35 corridor. Specific deliverables, turnaround windows, pricing, and service areas for a given project will be confirmed when the shoot is booked. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation. Shoots are scheduled by phone, email, or our online form. Payment terms, retainers, and cancellation or rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking. You agree to provide accurate property access, contact information, and any access codes or instructions needed to complete the shoot. Property Access and Safety. You are responsible for ensuring we have legal access to the property and that the property is in a safe condition for our crew and equipment. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse a shoot if conditions are unsafe, weather makes drone flight unsafe or illegal, or access cannot be confirmed. Licensing and Ownership. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Texas Real Estate Media retains copyright in all media we produce. You receive a license to use the delivered files to market the specific listing, brokerage, or property they were created for, including on the MLS, brokerage websites, social media, and print marketing. Resale, sublicensing, or use of the files outside that scope requires prior written consent. FAA Compliance. All drone work is performed by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot under current FAA rules. Drone work may be canceled or delayed due to airspace restrictions, weather, or safety conditions outside our control. Website Use. You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. All content on this website is owned by Texas Real Estate Media or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability. Our services and website are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texas Real Estate Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the project giving rise to the claim. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time.
